THE BOOK BEHIND AWARDS – TERMS & CONDITIONS

 

  1. The Book Behind Awards (TBBA) reserves the right to decline a nomination without notifying the applicant.
  2. The founder & director of The Book Behind Awards (TBBA) will not be part of any committee discussion or decision-making protocol since she’s also a published author and director of a publishing company. Her views or opinion will not influence any decision made during the nomination process.
  3. All nominations with the accompanying required information must reach The Book Behind Awards offices (TBBA) no later than the 30th of April 2021.
  4. An invitation to the announcement of nominees’ ceremony scheduled for the 12th of June 2021; does not guarantee the nomination.
  5. The Book Behind Awards (TBBA) is not obliged to give qualifying entrants any prizes or gifts.
  6. The Book Behind Awards (TBBA) is not obligated to provide transport, accommodation and meals for entrants or nominees at any TBBA events
  7. The Book Behind Awards (TBBA) will disqualify any unsigned or incomplete nomination forms.
  8. For casting votes, The Book Behind Awards (TBBA) will be making use of a premium short code service with the keyword “TBBA” and all SMS to the short code will be charged at R 2.00 per vote and network fees will be deducted. Free SMS do not apply.
  9. Voting starts on the 13th of June 2021 and ends on the 3rd of September 2021.
  10. Revenue generated through voting line will go towards The Book Behind Awards charity work.
