The Book Behind Awards

When you are an author people are obviously interested in your book but somehow they get excited more about your journey as an author. They end up asking questions such as:

• What inspires you to write?
• How long does/did it take you to write a book?
• Do you get writer’s block?
• Do you make money out of books?
• What else do you do besides writing?
• Where do I start if I want to write a book?

The questions are endless but they are mostly about what happens behind the scenes. When people see that you are writing they regard you as a very smart person and I totally agree with them but that’s not my point. However, if we celebrate authors and allow the book behind to be celebrated, the things we go through and persevere as authors.
